Booking & Deposits
A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours notice; otherwise, the full treatment amount may be charged.
Multiple reschedules or repeated cancellations may result in your appointment being reviewed to ensure the treatment is the right fit for your needs. This helps us manage time effectively and ensure the best experience for all clients.
Pre-Treatment Guidelines
No filler or injectable treatments for 4 weeks prior to treatment.
No Botox for 2 weeks prior to treatment.
No fake tan, sunbed, or tanning for 2 weeks prior to treatment.
No lip tattoo or microblading for 7–14 days pre- and post-treatment.
Any changes in medical history, medications, or allergies must be communicated to the practitioner before treatment.
If you are taking antibiotics, treatment may not be possible.
Please follow all pre-treatment instructions. Not following the guidelines may impact your treatment results and could result in the full treatment fee being charged.
Post-Treatment Care
Avoid actives or exfoliating products for up to 7 days, depending on your treatment; your practitioner will provide tailored advice.
No sun exposure for a minimum of 7 days, potentially longer depending on the treatment.
SPF 30+ should be applied daily when having skin treatments to protect your results.
Follow the specific aftercare instructions provided for your treatment.
Keep the treatment area clean, hydrated, and protected as advised.
